About

Automating businesses since 2020.

In 2020, Milos co-founded Green Eco Dream, an eco-friendly marketplace. That is where the first automations happened: Klaviyo drip campaigns tuned until email drove almost 40 percent of the shop's revenue. The lesson stuck. A good system sells while you sleep.

In 2024 he and his partner sold the business. At the end of 2025 he started The Snow Media, a digital marketing agency, and scaled it past $30k/month, with more than half of the work automated: client reporting, drip campaigns, onboarding, invoicing, even the blog drafts.

Otomations is where that machinery became the product. Nearly every workflow in the library ran on our own businesses before a client ever touched it, and the templates are published on the n8n Creator Hub, where anyone can inspect them. Built by an operator, not a prompt reseller.

The AI side is trained, not improvised: Tony Robbins's AI Advantage Bootcamp, Andrew Ng and Ashwyn Sharma's courses at DeepLearning.AI, ongoing learning from Zack Kass and Nick Saraev, and the builder programs from Anthropic and Google.

How we work.

Battle-tested first

Nothing ships to a client that has not already run on our own businesses. The shop and the agency were the proving grounds.

Audit before anything

Every engagement starts with the AI Readiness Audit: clear scope, month to month, no long contracts, no mystery invoices.

A public track record

The workflow library is published on the n8n Creator Hub. You can inspect the machinery before you ever talk to us.

Your stack, not ours

Systems get built on the tools you already run: your phones, inbox, calendar, and CRM. No rip-and-replace.

The next hire can wait. The next system cannot.

Twenty minutes, one bottleneck, one workflow scoped. That is the whole first call.
