Privacy policy

This page explains what I collect, why, where it goes, and how to have it deleted. It describes what the site actually does today. I am Milos Vranes, and Otomations is my business.

What I collect, and when

I collect information only when you hand it to me. There are three places that happens.

The booking form. When you book a Workflow Map call, you give me your name, your work email, and which best describes you: an agency, a consultant, a coach, or something else. There is one optional question about what eats the most hours in your week. When you pick a time on the calendar, I get that time too.

The scorecard. When you finish the AI Readiness Scorecard, I get your email and your business type. I also get your team size, your score, the answers you picked, and what you want to hand off.

The chat agent. When you type into the chat on this site, I get the conversation. If you write an email address into it, I treat that as you giving it to me.

I do not buy lists. I do not add data about you from other companies. I do not track you across other websites.

Why I collect it

To hold your call, to reply to you, and to scope the work you asked about. Your answer to the optional question and your scorecard answers exist so I know what your business needs before we talk. You do not have to repeat yourself on the call.

I do not sell your information to anyone, for any reason. I do not share it with advertisers.

Where it goes

Airtable. Every form submission, scorecard result, and chat transcript is stored in an Airtable base that only I can open.

Resend. This is the email service behind every email the site sends. That means the note to me when you book, your confirmation, and up to two reminders before the call. It also sends a short series of emails after you book or finish the scorecard. Every one of them has an unsubscribe link. One click stops the rest.

Google Calendar. When you pick a time, the call is created on my Google Calendar and the invite goes to your email. The site also reads my own calendar and inbox, and only mine, to see if you have booked or replied. That is how the reminders know when to stop. It cannot send, delete, or change anything.

Anthropic. The chat agent runs on Anthropic's Claude API, so the text of your conversation is sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. Anthropic does not train its models on that text.

Vercel. The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights measure page performance and traffic without cookies and without building a profile of you.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies. There is no ad pixel and no tag manager. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

It sets one cookie of its own, after you complete the scorecard, so the scorecard is not offered to you a second time. It stores nothing about you beyond the fact that you finished it.

Analytics run through Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights. They count page views and measure load times. They do not use cookies, they do not fingerprint your device, and they do not follow you to other sites.

How long I keep it

I keep booking and lead records for as long as there is a reasonable chance we will work together, and I delete them when you ask. Calendar events stay on my calendar like any other meeting. Chat transcripts are kept while I am improving the agent. Email logs stay with Resend for as long as that service keeps them, which is a short window.

Your choices

Email hello@otomations.ai and ask for a copy of what I hold, a correction, or a deletion. I will do it, and I will not make you explain why. Every email I send has an unsubscribe link that stops the rest.

If you are in the EU or the UK, those are your rights under the GDPR, and I honor them no matter where you are.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, I will update the date at the top of this page. That includes any change to what I do with your information.
