Privacy policy

This page explains what Otomations collects, why, where it goes, and how to make us delete it. It describes what the site actually does today.

What we collect, and when

We collect information only when you hand it to us. There are three places that happens. When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, work email, company, industry, and whatever you write about what you want to automate. When you finish the AI Readiness Scorecard, we receive your email, company, industry, team size, your score, and the answers you selected. When you type in the chat agent on this site, we receive the conversation, and if you write an email address into it, we treat that as you giving it to us.

We do not buy lists, we do not enrich your record with data from third parties, and we do not track you across other websites.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to scope the work you asked about, and to understand which parts of the site are useful. Your scorecard answers exist so that the person replying to you knows what your business actually needs before the call, rather than asking you to repeat yourself.

We do not sell your information to anyone, for any purpose. We do not share it with advertisers.

Where it goes

Leads and scorecard results are stored in Airtable. Chat conversations are stored there too, so we can read what visitors ask and improve the agent. The chat agent itself is powered by Anthropic's Claude API, which means the text of your conversation is sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. Anthropic does not train its models on that text.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights measure page performance and traffic without cookies and without building a profile of you.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies. It sets one cookie of its own, after you complete the scorecard, so that the scorecard is not offered to you a second time. It stores nothing about you beyond the fact that you finished it.

How long we keep it

We keep lead records for as long as there is a reasonable prospect of working together, and we delete them when you ask. Chat transcripts are kept while we are actively improving the agent.

Your choices

Email hello@otomations.ai and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or a deletion. We will do it, and we will not make you explain why. If you are in the EU or the UK, those are your rights under the GDPR and we honour them regardless of where you are.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with your information, we will update the date at the top of this page.
